TERMS OF PAYMENT

When credit has been settled, the customer commits to respect the payment conditions, being the 31th of the following month, for invoices of the previous month. Interest at a rate of two percent (2%) per month (24% per annum) will be charged to overdue accounts. For customers with unsettled credit, Century Tire Distributors accepts Visa, MasterCard, Interact and cheques. An inactive account of over 12 months will be subject to revaluation.

RETURN OF MARCHANDISE

The sales department must be informed before returning the merchandise. All items that are discontinued, outdated or ordered especially for a customer cannot be returned. Other products will be inspected before a credit is issued. Products that are not suitable for resale will not be accepted.

PRICE

Prices are confirmed during order taking. Estimates can be obtained prior to order taking.

TAXES

Applicable federal and provincial taxes must be added to all estimates and prices.

LIMITED WARRANTIES

The liability of Century Tire Distributors does not go beyond the warranty offered by the manufacturer. Century Tire Distributors is not responsible for damages, direct or indirect, and labour costs that occur as a result of product replacement. This limited warranty is the only one offered by Century Tire Distributors.

Century Tire Distributors does not offer product representation or warranties on products for use or life expectancy. It is up to the customer to ensure that the intended use of the product is safe and appropriate. What’s more, in the case where the manufacturer’s instructions regarding the use and installation of a product are insufficient or inexistent, it is up to the customer to require all useful and necessary information from Century Tire Distributors.

No representative of Century Tire Distributors is allowed to make any representation, give any warranties or assume, under Century Tire Distributors., any responsibility towards any of our products.
